Delivery & Installation Policy

1. Delivery areas

We deliver across mainland England, Scotland and Wales from our Wednesbury workshop. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are by quotation — contact us before ordering.

2. Delivery charges

Kerbside delivery is charged by distance band, measured from our Wednesbury workshop (WS10 0AH). You self-select a band in your cart and we confirm the distance with you before dispatch. All charges below are ex. VAT and are also shown in your cart and at checkout before you commit to pay:

• Collection from our workshop — free.
• Delivery — within 60 miles — £100.
• Delivery — 60 to 150 miles — £150.
• Delivery — over 150 miles — £250, or negotiable — contact us for a quote.

Installation is an optional add-on available alongside any delivery band (it requires our engineers on site, so it is not available with collection): £300, ex. VAT.

3. Timescales

Stock items are normally delivered within 3–5 working days. Fabricated-to-order items typically take 2–4 weeks depending on specification — we confirm a timescale with your order confirmation and keep you updated.

4. On the day

Standard delivery is kerbside — please make sure there is suitable access for the vehicle and equipment. Inspect the goods on arrival and report any transit damage to us within 48 hours.

5. Installation service

Where you choose delivery + installation, our engineers position, connect and commission the equipment before handover. Gas connections are made by registered gas engineers. Your site must be ready: services (gas, electric, water, extraction) in place and the work area clear.

6. Missed deliveries & storage

If a booked delivery fails because the site is not ready or access is not available, a re-delivery charge may apply. Completed orders not collected or delivered within 14 days of notification may incur a storage charge.
