Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Consumers: 14-day cancellation
If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel standard (non-bespoke) items up to 14 days after delivery — see the Terms & Conditions for the full details of this right.
2. Bespoke items cannot be returned
Equipment fabricated to your measurements or specification is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right and cannot be returned unless faulty. We will always confirm your specification in writing before fabrication begins.
3. How to return
Email Admin@bengalwelding.co.uk with your order reference and we will issue a returns number. Goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
4. Return costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case we arrange and pay for collection.
5. Refund timescales
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return), including standard delivery charges for cancelled consumer orders.
6. Faulty or damaged goods
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery. For faults, consumers have remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement or refund); business customers are covered by our 12-month workmanship warranty.
7. Business customers
Returns of standard stock items by business customers are at our discretion and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
